Return/ Fraud Policy

Refunds cannot exceed 30 days from delivery date and items must not have been worn and free from all damages. Swimsuits or anything of the sort are non-refundable. Refunds cannot be processed until they are received at the location given on your shipping label.  Customers will be required to pay shipping fee. Refunds will be either processed immediately or in 4-5 business days depending on the bank. When it gets shipped out anything after that is out of our control.

All hair orders are non-refundable.

In order to lower fraud risk/scams we ask that all orders match billing address with the card that is used. In attempt to satisfy our customers we may ask for a picture of id to verify address and/or copy of credit card statement that reflects your purchase.
